RioPlay
Secure teaching, streaming, and course delivery
A learning platform built around content security — encrypted video, controlled access, and live streaming for people whose lectures are their livelihood. Runs today for educators, institutes, and a state police training division.
RioPlay exists because a recorded lecture is an asset that can be copied in seconds. Educators who move online are asked to hand their most valuable material to a platform and simply trust it. RioPlay was built to remove that leap of faith.
Video is encrypted with 256-bit AES from upload through playback, access is bound to authenticated users rather than shareable links, and live sessions run through the same controlled pipeline as on-demand content. The security work happens underneath — an educator uploads, sets who may watch, and teaches.

Encrypted video delivery
256-bit AES encryption applied at upload and held through playback, so an intercepted file is unreadable without the platform issuing a key.
Access control and authentication
Per-user permissions and enrolment-bound access. Only students who are actually enrolled can open a course, which closes the informal-sharing leak that costs educators most.
Live streaming
Live seminars and classes delivered through the same protected pipeline as recorded content, with no separate tooling to learn.
White-label deployment
Institutes run RioPlay under their own brand and domain, keeping the relationship with their students entirely their own.
