This policy explains how Antargyan AI Private Limited (“Antargyan AI”, “we”) handles personal data collected through the website at antargyan.ai. It covers this website only. Our products — RioPlay, Antargyan Assess, Maha AI Olympiad, and the systems we operate for clients — are governed by the agreements signed with the institutions that deploy them, and each carries its own privacy terms.
What we collect
The contact form is the only place this site asks you for anything. When you submit it we receive the four fields you filled in:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The message you wrote
What we do not collect
We set no cookies. We run no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, and no session recording. Nothing on this site attempts to identify you, follow you between pages, or recognise you on a later visit.
We do not buy contact data, and we do not sell, rent, or share yours. There is no newsletter and no automated follow-up sequence — submitting the form starts a conversation with a person, and nothing else.
Why we hold it, and for how long
Purpose: We use what you send solely to read your enquiry, reply to it, and continue the conversation if it leads somewhere. That is the only basis on which we process it.
Retention: Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for up to twelve months afterwards, so we have context if you come back to us. After that they are deleted. If you ask us to delete an enquiry sooner, we will.
Where it goes
Your submission is written to a database and forwarded to a private internal channel that only our team can read. It reaches no one else. Three providers are involved in that path:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts this site and stores contact submissions in its D1 database. Cloudflare also processes standard request data, including IP addresses, as part of serving and protecting the site.
- Telegram Messenger — carries the internal notification that tells our team an enquiry has arrived.
- Google LLC — this site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives your browser’s IP address and user agent when a page loads. No other content is sent, and we set no cookie through it.
How it is protected
The site is served over HTTPS only; a request that arrives over plain HTTP is redirected before any form data can travel in the clear. Stored enquiries are reachable only by the small number of people at Antargyan AI who answer them.
No system is perfect, and we would rather say so than promise otherwise. Please do not send passwords, financial details, government identifiers, or confidential documents through the contact form — email us and we will arrange a proper channel.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to info@antargyan.ai and we will acknowledge within a working day and act within thirty days.
You may raise a grievance with us about how your data has been handled, and escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India if our answer does not resolve it.
Children
This website is aimed at institutions and professionals, not at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen through it. Where our education products handle student data, that happens under the school or institution’s own agreement with us, with the consents that agreement requires.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles personal data, we will change this page and update the date at the top of it. There is no archive of earlier versions; the page as published is the policy in force.
