LineWala
Queue tokens and wait-time pings
Digital tokens with live position and estimated wait, delivered by message. People wait wherever they like and arrive when their turn is close.
A queue is a scheduling problem solved by making people stand still. The cost is entirely borne by whoever is waiting, and it is invisible to the counter running the queue.
LineWala issues a token, keeps the holder informed of their position and estimated wait, and pings them when their turn approaches. The counter gets a queue it can see and reorder; the person waiting gets their afternoon back.

Token issue and tracking
Tokens issued digitally with live position, so a queue can be joined without being physically present in it.
Estimated wait times
ETAs computed from actual service rate rather than a fixed guess, which is what makes leaving the queue safe.
Approach notifications
A ping when the turn is close, tuned so people return in time without being called back too early.
