KaamSaathi
Field task tracking for small operations
Task assignment and customer follow-up for businesses that run on phone calls and memory. Built on Telegram in English, Hindi, and Marathi because that is what the staff already use.
A garage with six mechanics does not have a CRM problem it can solve by buying a CRM. Field software assumes literate-in-English users, company devices, and time for training — none of which is on offer.
KaamSaathi puts task assignment, status updates, and customer follow-up into the messaging app the team already has open. A job is assigned in a chat, the mechanic updates it in the same chat, and the owner sees where every job stands without ringing round.

Assignment and status
Jobs assigned to named staff with status moved by the person doing the work, so the owner reads a board instead of making calls.
Customer follow-up
Contact history against each job, so the next conversation with a customer starts from what actually happened.
Multilingual interface
English, Hindi, and Marathi per user, which is what makes adoption possible for staff who would otherwise route everything through the owner.
